Verify Emails

Overview

We do not allow sending anonymous emails or spoofing an email address. Hence you must prove ownership of the email addresses from which you are planning to send campaigns. It is a one-time activity for every account.

Verify an Email

Verifying an email address is simple. You need to select a Project and navigate to Manage > Verify Emails. You can verify as many emails as you like. After adding an email and the SMTP information, we will try to send you an email. If your SMTP server is configured correctly, you should get an email on the "From" address you have configured. The email contains an OTP (One Time Password). Click on the Verify button and provide the OTP you have received in your mailbox.

After verification, your email is ready to be used in campaigns.

Select an SMTP service

Due to stringent laws around privacy and anti-spamming, we don't send emails using our own SMTP servers (yet!). Our solution makes sending emails easy and fun. However, the responsibility of maintaining the SMTP server is still yours. If you do not want to set up an SMTP server yourself, you may use services like:

• Amazon Web Services
• SendGrid
• Gmail

and many similar cloud based SMTP service providers.
